By using this website (the “Site”), you’re agreeing to these legally binding rules (the “Terms”). You’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy and any other rules on the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that Institute of Nations Development Foundation’s name, logo and our other registered trademarks and service marks (“Our Marks”) are trademarks of Institute of Nations Development Foundation in Armenia and other countries. You may not use Our Marks for any product or service that does not belong to us, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion about whether we are the source, affiliated with, sponsor of or endorser of any product or service. In addition, you may not use Our Marks in any manner that discredits us.
3. Registration and User Profiles
You can browse the Site without registering an account, but you may be required to register an account in order to access and use certain features of the Site. To register one you’ll need to choose a username and set a password. If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form. If you don’t follow the above mentioned account registration rules, we may cancel your account.
It’s your responsibility to keep secure the password and other confidential information regarding your account. You agree that all uses of the account created by you will be attributed to and legally bind you and may be relied upon by us and our agents, affiliates and other third parties with whom we work, including but not limited to our and their respective affiliates, current and former trustees, officers, staff and agents (collectively “Third Parties”), as being a use made by you, even if someone else uses your account.

By doing this you will agree to periodically receive electronic letters from us, containing news, upcoming events, projects and conferences, as well as fundraising projects and offers. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the “unsubscribe” button on the bottom of any letter received from us and following the instructions.

Our Site contains links to other websites that we think may be of interest and provide them as a convenience to you. When you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We don’t control or endorse those sites.

1. In some cases we’ll reserve the charge on your card. We and our payment partners may authorize or reserve a charge on your credit card (or whatever payment method you use) for any amount up to the full donation amount at any time between submitting your payment details by you and the deadline of the project you’re funding.
2. We do not offer refunds. Once you’ve made a donation, it’s final. Please think twice before, as we don’t refund any donation already made.
3. Some pledges can’t be collected, which might reduce the amount of actual funding at the end. Because some payments can’t be collected — for instance, when a donor’s credit card expires before funding ends, and they don’t provide updated information — we can’t guarantee that the amount of funding you see will be exactly equal to the full amount actually donated.
4. All the data provided while making a donation/payment is secure and may in no case be provided to any third party.
6. Our Rights and Liability
We reserve the following rights:

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Site and these Terms of Use at any time without notice for any reason including, in the case of the Terms of Use, for your violation of any of its provisions.
9. Regulation
We encourage you to contact us if you’re having an issue, before resorting to the courts. In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms (and all other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. You agree that any claim towards us shall be brought exclusively to the courts of first instance or specified courts of the Republic of Armenia.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior understandings (oral or written).
11. Changes and Updates to Terms of Use
We may change or update these Terms of Use and we encourage you to refer back to it periodically. When we revise these Terms of Use we will also revise the Effective Date below.
